The POPs RN/RDN will be responsible for ensuring the program operates in a successful manner, program objectives are achieved and there is adherence to the Health Canada and Fraser Health POPs Program deliverables. The POPs RN/RDN will assist in financial planning, budget development and fundraising. The POPs RN/RDN is responsible for reviewing all client initial assessments, charts and consulting with clients as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promoting the program by public speaking as required by the Program
- Liaising with the SARA Housing and Transition House programs (ATH, MTH, Santa Rosa, and CLR), as well as the Counselling Programs (Stop the Violence and P.E.A.C.E.) and Outreach to organize groups, support women, and provide consistent services throughout the
- Assisting the women served in the program. This includes conducting in-depth interviews and intakes, keeping notes and statistics, assisting clients to access community information and resources, providing individual support according to program protocols, communicating thoroughly with the Program Manager using the agreed system of communication, and assisting with arranging special
- Through post-natal home visits, the POPs RN/RDN promotes optimum health by linking families with a system of ongoing care through public health and other community
- Facilitating POPs activities in a group or individual

2nd Stage Housing Program Worker
Classification: Transition House Worker
Grid Level: 10
2nd Stage Housing Program Worker provides advocacy, one to one support, assessment, intake and discharge services for residents accessing our 2nd Stage House programs. - Facilitates resolution of conflicts between residents.
- Provides emotional support, encouragement, goal setting, safety planning and problem-solving support to residents.

The STV Counsellor provides one-on-one counselling and group programming for women experiencing relationship violence and/or childhood trauma and abuse.

- Provides individual and group-based psycho-educational counselling for adult women survivors of childhood trauma and abuse and/or relationship violence
- Maintains accurate up-to-date records, including documentation of all client contacts, case notes and referral records and case consultation notes
- Assists the Manager of Counselling to manage and develop the program, including but not limited to managing the waitlist, collecting and reporting monthly statistics
- Attends and actively participates in team meetings, team building and development activities
- Provides support and information to clients to develop and strengthen their support and social network beyond the counselling relationship
- Consults, networks and liaises with community agencies and professionals to maintain up-to-date information on available resources, and to maintain positive community relations and build mutually beneficial partnerships
