Work with SARA

Our employees and volunteers are the most important part of our organization. At SARA for Women, we work hard to provide a work environment that is diverse, inclusive, fun, and friendly. By supporting and encouraging our employees’ professional growth and well-being, we enable them to give back to the community to the best of their abilities. We encourage applications from members of groups that have been marginalized on any grounds enumerated under the B.C. Human Rights Code, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, racialization, disability, political belief, religion, marital or family status, age, and/or status as a First Nation, Metis, Inuit, or Indigenous person.
