When you donate to SARA for Women you make a direct positive impact in the lives of vulnerable women and children in your community. And there are a number of ways that you can make that difference.

In-Kind Donations
Are you an individual or a business that wants to help a woman get on her feet? Your donation of non-cash products or goods can make a big difference.
When you donate to SARA for Women you make a direct positive impact on the lives of vulnerable women and children in your community. And there are a number of ways that you can make that difference.
Here are some of the things that would be put to great use:
Gift cards: grocery stores, dollar stores, gas stations, coffee shops, drug stores
Personal hygiene products (new/unopened): toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair combs/brushes, tampons, pads, condoms, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, razor blades, shaving cream, nail polish
Cleaning supplies: Laundry detergent, dish soap, disinfecting wipes
Seasonal new items for women & children: mittens/gloves, toques, scarves, winter socks, umbrella, slippers, back-to-school items
Children/youth gift items (new/unopened); toys, sporting goods, headphones, makeup, hair products (hair ties, mousse, gel, hairspray), blankets, colouring books (crayons, felt markers), reusable water bottles, travel mugs, chocolate, journals & pens
Clothing (new): Socks, underwear for women/children/youth
We cannot accept the following: used car seats, used cribs, upholstered furniture, used or open hygiene products or toiletries, or any broken or dirty items.
Please do not drop off donations at our offices without calling (office phone numbers can be found below) and setting up a time first. We ask for your understanding if we cannot take your donations due to our limited storage capacity.
